Post determination amendments

Working on behalf of Stelling Properties and Unilife, our team led a set of specialist consultants through the pre-application and post-determination stages, including liaison with officers, stakeholders and preparation of all planning documentation.

Post-determination, we helped increase the 88-bed development to 90-beds and to redesign the scheme for modular construction, using a series of non-material amendments and without need for a new application. The development is now complete and occupied.
