About Us
Third Revolution was set up by Robert Shaw, MRTPI, to bring creativity, sustainability and big picture thinking to the strategic planning, property and energy development sectors. We have built a strong track record in the build-to-rent property, low carbon energy development and sustainability sectors. We have delivered planning consents for some major developments on behalf of our established client base, and we have provided specialist strategic research and advice to the public sector.
The inspiration for Third Revolution comes from a desire to understand technological, economic, social and environmental drivers of change, how they interact with revolutions in how people live, work and travel, and the implications these have for the way we plan places and infrastructure. The business was born out of experiences and the visionary thinking of others.
